PSG888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above criteria at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

4. Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account and to promptly update it whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PSG888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the PSG888 support team immediately via live chat or the contact email stated in these Terms.

Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Verification typically requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter);
• A selfie photograph holding your primary ID document.

5. Deposits & Payments

PSG888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted subject to applicable conversion rates.

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction. PSG888 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following successful payment confirmation. PSG888 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own charges — please consult your provider's terms.

PSG888 only accepts payments from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder may be confiscated pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. PSG888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• DuitNow / FPX transfers: Typically 5–15 minutes;

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where practicable, to the same method used for the most recent deposit. PSG888 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Refer A Friend rewards of MYR 50 per successful referral are subject to the referred player completing KYC, making a qualifying deposit, and meeting specified wagering activity within the applicable period.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on PSG888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market, which are displayed within the respective game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game/market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

PSG888 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, including bets placed due to software malfunction, pricing errors, or system anomalies;

Sports betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions are subject to the rules of the respective governing bodies. Disputes relating to sports betting settlements will be resolved by reference to official competition results.

11. Suspension & Termination

PSG888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it believes that:

• A Player is engaging in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent activity;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players;
• There is a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed by PSG888 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the PSG888 support team.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PSG888 excludes all liability for:
